Find Your Perfect Home
Do you need a place to live that supports your independence? We can assist you find the ideal living space whether you require highly accessible Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), prefer the social environment of Supported Independent Living (SIL), or need temporary housing during a transition (MTA) or for brief stays (STA). Our team will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and explore housing options in Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Melton, Geelong, and Noble Park. We're also always looking to grow and expand our services to support even more participants seeking accomodations in new locations.So, we will soon be updating the locations of upcoming properties on the page.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) to empower individuals with disabilities so they can live fulfilling lives in their own homes. This program provides the right balance of independence and support, allowing participants to thrive in a comfortable and secure environment. Our team will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and explore housing options in Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Melton, Geelong, and Noble Park. We're also always looking to grow and expand our services to support even more participants seeking accommodation in new locations. - Assistance with personal care, household chores, and community access.
- Building and Enhancing life skills like budgeting, cooking, and social interaction.
- Support and Supervision through on-site staff, regular check-ins, and advocacy support.
Medium-term Accommodation
If your NDIS plan includes Mid-Term Accommodation (MTA) funding, Beyond Choice is here to help. We offer a supportive program to bridge the gap during life transitions, providing a secure and comfortable environment while you achieve your goals. Through our MTA housing, we extend the participants a:
- Comfortable and safe place to live while navigating life changes.
- Tailored and individualised assistance to overcome challenges and reach your full potential.

Short Term Accommodation (STA)
Through Short-Term Accommodation (STA) funding, NDIS aims to ensure that participants have caring homes if they wish or are required to live outside their usual homes for a short period. If you need a break from your regular carer, want to participate in programs away from home to develop new skills, or even explore independent living options in a supported environment, Beyond Choice is here to help you make the most of your STA funding. Our STA support includes:
- Identify suitable short-term accommodation that meets your individual needs.
- Assistance with booking your STA stay and managing any necessary paperwork.
- Provide ongoing support during your STA, such as assistance with daily living tasks or transport.
- Defining the goals associated with your STA (like skill development) and ensuring the chosen accommodation supports achieving them.
Specialised Care
